Today I released a 2.3b version. One of the custom TinyMCE plugins was missing in the 2.3/2.3a distributions, which was preventing the WYSIWYG editor from loading. The directory is in SVN and on my local server, so I'm not sure how it came to be missing from the distro file. If you're running 2.3 or 2.3a, grab the patch file. If you're running 2.2, the upgrade now includes the 2.3b fixes.
